GP APPOINTMENTS

Since July 2020, we have used a Service called Ask My GP.  If you would like to speak with a GP, please place a request on the Ask My GP service from 8:00am Monday to Friday.  Please note that once the GPs reach full capacity on a given day, the system will be closed and the GPs will only deal with emergency on the day appointments.

Once a request has been placed, the consultation will begin with either a telephone call or an email message.  If the GP feels that you require a face-to-face appointment, they will arrange for you to attend the surgery at a mutually convenient time.

If you are unable to access the Ask My GP system, please call the surgery on 01792 390413 and the reception team will be happy to place the request on your behalf.

NURSE AND HEALTHCARE APPOINTMENTS

If you would like to make an appointment to see one of the practice nurses or healthcare assistants, please telephone the surgery between 8:00am and 6:30pm between Monday and Friday.

Please note that due to a significant increase in demand, there is an approximate waiting time of 2 - 3 weeks to see the practice nurses.  However, if you feel that your condition is necessary, please let the reception team know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

If you make an appointment with a clinician at the practice and find you are unable to keep the appointment, we request that you contact the surgery as soon as possible to cancel and re-arrange your appointment if necessary.
